Returns and Refunds

Physical products

Contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning an item. Products should be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Provide the order number and clear photographs. Where the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate refund.

Digital products

Because access is delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally non-returnable after download, except where the file is defective, inaccessible or consumer law requires otherwise.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.
